Gingerbread House Decorating Party
December 20 & 21, 4pm-6pm
Yavapai Dining Hall Atrium
Join us at for a free “Gingerbread” House craft, a festive, family-friendly event in Yavapai Dining Hall Atrium! On December 20 and 21 from 4-6 p.m., guests can enjoy a complimentary holiday experience where all materials will be provided to create a unique keepsake “holiday house.” The event also includes sweet treats like cookies and brownies, hot chocolate, and a classic holiday movie to enhance the seasonal spirit. Take your creation home with you, or leave it with us to display throughout the holiday season.
Christmas Dinner
December 25, 4pm-8pm
Join us at Yavapai Lodge on Wednesday, December 25, from 4-8 p.m. for a festive Christmas Day dinner. Priced at $37 for adults and $21 for children 12 and under, the meal begins with a choice of roasted butternut squash soup or a winter salad topped with candied pecans, pomegranate, feta, and honey Dijon vinaigrette. For the main course, enjoy slow-roasted beef sirloin with Provençal rub or baked Virginia ham. Side options include potato and rosemary gratin, five-cheese mac and cheese, roasted Brussels sprouts, and green beans. Don’t miss out on dessert with a choice of apple cobbler or cinnamon raisin bread pudding served with crème anglaise.

Ring in 2025 with a family-friendly night of fun, food, and games at Yavapai Lodge!
On Tuesday, December 31, join us in the Dining Hall and Tavern for a memorable night filled with food, games, and festive giveaways. From 5-9 p.m., the Dining Hall will serve an elevated chuckwagon dinner featuring slow-roasted prime rib with all the classic fixings. Complimentary games for all ages will run from 8-10 p.m., leading up to a balloon drop at 10 p.m. timed with the Times Square celebration. Sweet treats and NYE swag will be available while supplies last. For those wanting to continue the celebration, the Yavapai Tavern will serve food until 11 p.m. and stay open until midnight, offering a full bar and special menu items.

Night Sky Talks
Join us for our FREE night sky events where you can view the Dark Sky through telescopes and ask our hosts questions about the stars. Each event includes a talk about the James Webb Space Telescope in the Yavapai Atrium, followed by a star-viewing party at the Market Plaza parking lot.

Signature Beer Tastings and Tap Takeovers
Relax at Yavapai Tavern while sampling some of the best beers and bites in the Grand Canyon! We bring our favorite brewers from the region to you for a tasting on our cozy patio, complete with expert knowledge, featured swag, and craft beer samples from featured breweries. These events are free to attend and open to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. Food and beverage are also available for purchase during the event. Cheers!
